I would like to highly recommend Sharon Hodnett for any real estate needs. We have worked with Sharon multiple times and she is outstanding! Unfortunately I recently had a lapse in judgement and we were trying to sell our home in Viridian. We thought since there were realtors in the neighborhood, they would be best suited to sell our house. Were we ever wrong! 7 months had passed with only 7 showings and no results with 3 other realtors! We even had a realtor tell us to take it off the market between Thanksgiving and New Years because “realtors take vacations then”. We were at the end of our rope and I said let’s call Sharon again. Well, Sharon answered the call. She stated, do not take it off the market, if someone is coming between Thanksgiving and New Years, they are a serious buyer. She listed the home and the very first showing (7 days later on Thanksgiving Day) the buyer arrived! I cannot say enough about Sharon. She answers the phone, answers text messages promptly and her communication is impeccable. She gives you honest information directly as the other agent or buyer delivers it.

We have used Sharon to buy 1 home and sell 2 in Colleyville, TX. She listened to what we wanted in a home when we were buying and was very adept at narrowing down all of the choices to only those that fit our criteria. She was successful in selling both of our homes quickly and for a price that exceeded our expectations.
What sets Sharon apart from other agents we have used is her tenacity, knowledge, availability, and communication. She is very thorough and provides valuable recommendations on how best to prepare your home for sale, as well as steering you through the home buying/contract signing process.

That very much sums up all the things Sharon, Paula and members of Team Hodnett have done for us, the Quach Family, from the time we first started our meeting with Sharon on having our property at 314 Crestview Dr., Arlington, TX up for listing back on March 8th, 2009. After our first meeting, Sharon had left us a very good impression that we are in a very good hand of someone with numbers of years of expertise in areas of real estate business. She is very confident on what she does and as well as what she commits to. From the tips, advices, details on how certain things must be done etc., and especially the beautiful virtual tour and the weekly virtual tour report, I just cannot simply express my sincere appreciation for the extra miles that Sharon has taken, to get us to the finish line, i.e., closing the house last Thursday, 6/25/2009.
Although it appears that the time from our first meeting on 3/08/2009 until closing on 6/25/2009 is more than three months, the actual time from the time the property was listed until the date an offer came in was “just about a month.” And as soon as the offer was finalized, Sharon and Paula were very much on top of things on helping us to where we are today, i.e., closing the property as scheduled. Needless to say, Sharon’s aggressiveness and Paula’s attention to details have greatly helped us during a tough real estate market like this and I will not have any reservations on recommending Sharon and her staff members at Team Hodnett to anyone, who is in a market for a property.

In 2013 we decided to put our Ft Worth house on the market. I interviewed several Realtors including Sharon Hodnett. At the onset of my meeting with Sharon I found her to exude confidence. During her presentation she provided endless testimonies and reports exemplifying her countless accomplishments and awards, and throughout the interview she would state how “she is the best” in her field. Needless to say I was very impressed! However, since we’d never worked with her before we were a little skeptical of her ability and unfortunately we decided to go with a friend’s referral, which we fired the very first day due to her enormous lack of integrity and professionalism. Immediately, I called Sharon and asked if she would consider being our Realtor, and she said “of course, I’d be happy to”.
That decision to work with Sharon as our Realtor did not disappoint us from the beginning to the end of the house sale. Her presentation to the buyer got us our asking price, and they were the first person to see our house. I felt I owe it to you to let you know about this agent. She spends $10,000 a month in advertising whether the house is $80,000 or $4 million. She tracks the hits to her site and more specifically the individual asset. She can tell you how much traffic your house is getting from other realtors, the local metrics for the neighborhood, the list goes on.

I have to say that Sharon Hodnett’s passion, commitment and knowledge blew me away when I was skeptical about hiring an agent to sell our home in 2005. We needed to sell our home in Fort Worth to be able to afford to move in our new home we were building. She quickly showed me her market analysis, marketing plans and aggressiveness with helping price my home. She took great pics and did a virtual tour to put online. Within two weeks a couple from Houston saw the virtual tour, made the trip to walk the house and made an offer on our home. The marketing was over the top and without the virtual tour; I don’t believe the buyer would have found us. We closed quick and were out in 30 days.
In 2011, when troubled times came upon our family, it was a no-brainer to contact Sharon again.
