Focus on Performance Because Success Leaves a Track Record
Aaron is an award-winning Seattle Realtor, best-selling author, and international speaker. He is managing partner of Christine & Company, a Seattle Magazine awarded, Five Star Professional winning team, for the past 10 years and individual winner the last 6 years.
While most other Realtors will talk about performance in terms of the volume of homes they’ve sold, the number of transactions they’ve done, or lean on some sort of mysterious “local neighborhood” knowledge, Aaron looks at performance differently.
He believes the performance that matters to people is not how well a Realtor has done for themselves (the number of houses they've sold) but how well they've done for their clients – how much more money do they put in their clients' pockets?
Over the past 12 months, the average Puget Sound Realtor sold homes for 100% of the asking price in 39 days.
Aaron and his team sold homes for an average of 104% and in 24 days. That's an average of $25,000 more in his clients' pockets and in 40% less time.
Because so few people understand what to ask to determine if the Realtor they are talking to is below or above average he wrote his first book, Don't Get Fooled Again: The 7 Questions You Must Ask to Avoid Hiring the Wrong Real Estate Agent (again).
Inside his commitment to making a real difference for people, Aaron has also been leading transformational educational seminars and leadership development programs since 1995.
Born in New York, Aaron graduated SUNY Purchase with a BFA in 1997. Discovering his fine art degree made him eligible to work in the foodservice industry anywhere in the country. Moving to New Mexico immediately after school, he eventually found his stride, opening a real New York bagel shop in Albuquerque, selling it 9 years later as a business grossing over $1,000,000 annually.
Eventually landing in Northwest in 2000, he now lives on Vashon as a passionate 12th Man with his brilliant wife, Kael, his two, even more, brilliant children, Leela (13) and Jonah (10), and his adoring, if not exactly brilliant, Golden Doodle, Rozy.
His second book, Shortchanged by Shortcuts? 44 Surprising ways people rip themselves off when buying or selling their home is an Amazon #1 new release and available for purchase now.
