She has the knowledge, skill, experience and education to assist you in listing or selling your property. Her real estate knowledge has been bolstered by continued education in real estate courses and in obtaining a broker license as well as an agent license. Ruth Ann has more than twelve years as an real estate and all of that experience is with the same agency, even though the agency name has changed twice. It was recently TDECU Real Estate, LLC but the agency has reverted to a private business (March 2017) and its former family business name, Birdsong Real Estate.
Ruth Ann is a retired educator and spent most of her time in education as a high school counselor. Her formal education includes a Bachelor in Education degree from Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas University) and a Master’s in Education from University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley (formerly Pan American University). As a lifelong learner, she has continued to improve and expand in knowledge and skills by community and volunteer activities and in continuing education courses.
Her goal in real estate is to insure that with every client that she assists will be also be a client in the future and recommend or refer her to their friends and family. Ruth Ann says, “I love my job and I love my life.”
